faint odor related to petroleum processing at Murphy/Valero - hard to describe because sinuses are in bad shape - caused nostrils to burn - also there has been a whistling sound being emitted from the refinery this week during the night - night of odor winds basically calm - ever since refinery came back online sinuses have been acting up and other resident has been having headaches.
